The Management Team of the Bank is spearheaded by Mr. Sudhir Babu Khatri, the President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Khatri holds a Masters' Degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering from Rostov-on- Don Civil Engineering Institution from Russia. He has also acquired MBA Degree from Da La Salle University, Manila, the Philippines. Besides, he is also credited with a Diploma course in International Bank Management from Sweden. Mr. Khatri has also attended various seminars in Nepal and in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Japan and the Philippines. Mr. Khatri has been in the Banking Industry since last fifteen years. He has been supported by other several staff having over decade long banking experience in various sectors in leading banks of the country.
